NATIONAL NETWORK OF COMMUNITY THEATER GROUPS
The network of community theaters appears with the emergence of new community theater groups and a need for joint objectives, focus efforts, training of new trainers, and retransmit the art project, not only in Buenos Aires, but throughout the country.
The network facilitates the exchange of views and ideas through meetings in a common center for organizing meetings, seminars improvement plan, schedule activities, discuss achievements and difficulties, evacuate doubt seek advice.
Directors of the groups (or a representative on his behalf) participates of meetings that are held every first Thursday of each month in the Agosti classroom that facilitates Centro Cultural Cooperation Floreal Gorini in Buenos Aires City.
The experience that each group collects is shared or transferred to new groups. Community theater groups spend their career with more experience, producing art and teaching how to transmit it, open their doors to be seen and share their knowledge. The main references of this original way of producing theater, are Ricardo Talento and Adhemar Bianchi, and many of the most experienced managers; they are called when other interest groups have consolidated and kept telling their own stories. After working a while with them, leaving them in charge of a group for it to continue to coordinate, but keep the communication at the monthly meetings of the network and make a follow up or support the group when needed. In short, those with more practical achievements and convey their frustration, shared, open and join, all actions are for teatristas community, the path for construction.
