Even though all the snow should be gone by then, and it will be so nice and warm a patio would have been nice, I understand your cautious decision to choose an inside location. See you on the 26th, though probably not till 9 or so.

I should mention that in addition to the place being renovated, there is now real heat upstairs, so layering is no longer necessary.
Also, the HD TV on the right in the following picture has a plug to hook into a laptop. I don't think it's been tried yet, but if someone's clever with that sort of stuff, it might be interesting. (I don't know exactly what sort of connection it is, but I could take a picture of it.)

I don't remember it being cold upstairs. But I'm a bit of a freak when it comes to temperature.
I don't work too far away so I may be there, but probably not until 10 or so.

I'm in I think, will be the start of good stretch of something booked every night for a couple weeks...
I can bring a laptop soze we can display flickr or photophlow provided there is also wifi, if memory serves there is an open access point but it wasn't clearly official or provided by the establishment.

Yes, there has been unofficial wifi available, at least near the windows. I've never tried it myself, so I don't know how strong the signal is or where it comes from.

That's exactly what it means, thank you very much.
And it warmed up after we got a bunch of people in there, but it was cool at the beginning. This time it will be quite comfortable to start with.

By the way, people should note that this is NOT the also fairly newly renovated and newly renamed "Harbord Room", which is at 89 Harbord, and which is quite swanky. (andy66 noted the swankiness, and it made me wonder whether someone had the wrong place.)
We're at 150 Harbord....the Harbord House.
No need to worry about excessive swank, and I think people can feel comfortable to act inappropriately, as usual.

If anyone needs a TLR lenscap, I'll have a few Yashica knock-offs from India with me that I'll sell for 3 bucks each. They're not great quality, but they're better than nothing. They fit my Yashicamat, not sure about Rolleis. Like any Rollei user would be caught dead with something this cheap on their camera.
