About Twin Cities

Photos should be of/around the twin cities of St Paul & Minneapolis, MN. "Twin Cities" specifically refers to the 7-county metro area (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Washington, Scott, and Carver). Any photos outside of this area will be removed from the pool. We rely on the honesty of our members to respect the guidelines.

Photowalks
The Twin Cities group meets for photowalks and fun about every month. Check the group discussion for the details!

Competition
Each week there are two themes to shoot for; each theme allows for two weeks between announcement and judging. There have been many first-place winners, second-place submissions, and finally third-place showings. Come visit the group discussion and look for the "Competition #XX" topics for more details.

Ideally your submissions will be shots from the Twin Cities, so they can be posted to the group, but we have not made that a rule.

Community / Guidelines
The Twin Cities group has many fine photographers for members. The group maintains a friendly atmosphere of critique and commentary. Please keep your posting volume to appropriate levels per day and allow everyone to share with the group.
