About Paul Carpenter's tattooed criminals and women of ill repute

This was inspired by an op ed piece in the Chicago Tribune, the public uproar it caused, and the unflinching response to that uproar by that same author - Paul Carpenter. At the heart of it was the complaint that the media is glorying tattoos and those who get them, even though (as the author himself states) it's a well known fact that most people with tattoos are whores or criminals.

Here are the links to his pieces:

Well, seeing as I'm neither a whore nor do I have a criminal record of any sort, I was curious to see if there were other wholesome tattooed folk out there. So, if you happen to have some tattoos but do not fit Mr. Carpenter's stereotypes, please feel free to post up a photo of your art in this group with a little blurb about who you are as a person - whatever you feel: age, sex, background, career, level of education, views, etc..
If you have a pic of someone you know who might fit into this group and know they wouldn't mind their tat being posted, please feel free to post them up in here as well.
Perhaps people like Mr. Carpenter are visual learners who can only learn by seeing, rather than reading rational arguments to his very biased opinions - lets find out.
