About Tanner Springs Park

Tanner Springs Park is a one square block park in Portland's Pearl District, bounded by NW 10th & 11th Avenues and Marshall & Northrup Streets. The park is a quiet zone and dog-free, so it is a peaceful place to sit back and relax in the midst of a growing urban area.

The park is set up as a wetlands environment as a reminder that the Pearl District was once covered by wetlands. It includes tall grasses, a brook flowing into a pond with lily pads and several cobblestone pathways with many benches. At the east end is a curved wall made with reclaimed railroad ties.
