About the 2011 Tanglewood Photo Contest:
Post your photos that capture the beauty and fun of your visit(s) to Tanglewood. Share your images with friends and other concert-goers who visit the Boston Symphony's summer home in Lenox, MA. Write about your experience visiting Tanglewood during the 2011 Season!

The deadline for the 1st prize has passed..
Deadline for the 2nd prize is September 12, 11pm.


Rules and Regulations:
1). The photo MUST be taken on the Tanglewood Grounds and uploaded to Tanglewood's Flickr™ group and tagged Tanglewood11-contest.

2). Submit up to 5 images.

3). You must include where the photo was taken (the concert or event you attended, date etc.)

4). The contest is only open to non-professional photographers. Anyone making more than 50% of their income from photography is considered a professional.

5). The photo must be your own and not something you found on the internet.

6). Photographs will be judged by a panel including professional designers and editors.

7). All photographs will remain the copyright of the photographer. However, by entering the contest, you hereby grant to the Boston Symphony a royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your photographs through print and electronic media. By submitting work, you also accept that the BSO can crop and correct your images to make them suitable for projection.

8). The winner will be announced on August 26 for the first prize, September 13 for the second prize. The winner will be notified through the contact methods available in the winner's Flickr™ profile. Please make sure your profile is up-to-date so we can contact you!

9). The Boston Symphony reserves the right to upload photos to its public group on Flickr™.

10). Contest is not open to Orchestra members of the Boston Symphony and employees of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
