We photographers need to learn how to critique work correctly.
Critiquing is a way to help translate someone else vision into a language that rest can understand and to help the artist and viewer to learn more about the piece that is presented.

So on that note I encourage everyone to thinking about submitting a piece to be critique, BUT and big BUT think hard about what you are posting. Make sure it is a piece that you put a lot of work into and not something that just look flashy, candy or too trendy. Because you might not like the outcome.

Even though critiquing should be positive, we can't control everyone thoughts and comments. Another advice if someone says something not so positive about your piece try not to counter it, you did post something for critique anyway. If you feel like you need to defend yourself go right ahead.


I WILL NOT LOCK ANY THREADS, unless it totally useless thread. But if there are admins here that think it should be lock then thats their choice.
