城市在開發，人們在繁忙。隨著台灣經濟的起飛到金融海嘯的衝擊。那曾經因為繁華而被遺棄的小小巷弄，或是被忽略的區域。這是躍上檯面的機會，紀錄那些陰暗的角落與被忽略的故事。
