About SWCC/Philadelphia

Southwest Center City, south of South, Graduate Hospital, Northwest South Philly -- the neighborhood that hasn't settled on its name. Boundaries: South Street on the north; Washington Avenue on the South; Broad Street on the East; the Schuylkill River on the west. Photos for, by, and about our neighborhood.
