The definition of street photography is quite encompassing and generally refers to photographs made in public places — not only streets, but parks, beaches, political conventions and myriad other settings - often but not always featuring people going about their everyday lives...

For some good examples of street photography in the UK, look at the work of Tony Ray Jones, Ian Berry, David Hurn, Marketa Luskacova...

Please avoid posting pictures with frames around them, or with text on (such as your sig, date stamp) - and the use of selective colouring etc. There will be some curating done, as and when time allows.
