About Susquehanna River

The Susquehanna River starts at Otsego Lake near Cooperstown, New York, flows through the Appalachian Mountains in Pennsylvania and finally ends in the Chesapeak Bay. The river flows for approximately 444 miles and is the largest contributor of fresh water to the Chesapeake Bay. It is also the largest river lying entirely within the United States that flows drains into the Atlantic Ocean.
