About Superior Emergency Vehicles / E-One Canada
This group is a place to post and enjoy images from the fire and emergency vehicle manufacturer known as Superior Emergency Vehicles (E-One Canada Corp.).
From 1973 the 2006 the Red Deer, Alberta (Canada) facility produced a wide variety of world class emergency vehicles and by 1989 was Canada's largest fire apparatus company.
Superior Emergency Vehicles was purchased in 1991 by 'E-One' (Emergency One) from Florida. In 2003 E-One changed the name of the Superior facility to 'E-One Canada Corp.'
In 2006, E-One announced that it was shutting the Red Deer facility and the manufacturing plant ended production by the end of that year.
