Every winter, we at innocent raise money for charities that help elderly people stay warm during the winter.

We knit lots of little woolly hats and stick them on our smoothie bottles. For each behatted bottle sold, 50p is donated to our chosen charity Age Concern. And this flickr group shows the hats and the knitters in all their glory.

You can help - just knit hats and send them in. More details if you click the URL at the bottom.

And we'll be giving three special Supergran prizes this year (£100 each), to the best three photos of hats or knitting or anything to do with Supergran that get posted here. You post your pics and we'll choose our favourite three at the end. Good luck.
