Please spread the word about the group. It would be great to see current students (and former graduates) engaging with the group. I realise that I haven't done much with it, but soon (in the coming few weeks) I plan to start posting images again - selected new work.

Please do the same and start any threads you feel are appropriate.

This is not designed to be an elitist platform, but an open one.

About SUNY Purchase Photographers

I graduated in 1994 from SUNY Purchase having spent my four years there studying photography. I loved my time there and really lament the fact that there is no group on Flickr devoted to us, the rare breed - SUNY Purchase photographers

So I've made the executive decision to create one. This is the group for all current and past Purchase alumni who studied, or are presently studying photography.

Although there are no limits on the numbers of images you can upload, make it the single images, series of images, or projects you are most proud of. The more the better...

If there are folks out there who would like to also adminsiter the group send me a message. Maybe we can come up with a better name for the group than the lame one I created!

Anybody who knows Gregory Crewdson - please tell him he is an honorary member, even if he's more famous for having gone to Yale.
