About Sundogs, halos,sun pillars,atmospheric optics........PLEASE READ

IF YOU DON'T SEE IT WITH YOUR UNAIDED EYES...................it is not there

Atmospheric optics, other than rainbows, clouds, run of the mill sunsets or sunrises.

AS I HAVE A GROUP SPECIFICALLY FOR RAINBOWS, NO RAINBOWS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS GROUP, SORRY

Lens flare is not welcome on this group, so if you add lens flare pix here they will be removed!

Also PLEASE, take time to determine if what you have is an atmospheric optic, or lens flare/camera artifact. Unfortunately sometimes our cameras see things that are not there. Such as the corona like shape in this foto.
