About Suffolk Churches

Here we are in East Anglia.

East Anglia has the highest concentration of medieval churches anywhere in northern Europe. And, let's face it, the most beautiful ones are all in Suffolk.

Here is a massive photo opportunity, a call to arms. We're not just pointing and shooting at churches here, this is a participation in a culture. Nowadays, these buildings are in the care of the Church of England, but who really owns them?

We, the people. And henceforth we brought out exteriors, interiors, details, beautiful objects and extraordinary survivals. The only rule for this group? Love what you photograph. Delight us.

And group members really need to be on the Norfolk churches list too - in medieval terms, the two counties are inseparable, forget football rivalry.
