This group is for subtle HDR photos. If the HDR effect is gratuitous then it probably won't be approved (the pictures are moderated).
Any of the Creative Commons licences are favoured. Why not look into them, non-commercial, attributive licences are common place and allow your fellow flickr users to play with your photos giving you the credit for the original. Licensing your content under a CC will not make your images any more steal-able.
