About STV Glasgow
This is a group that we hope will collect together photographs of interest relating to the City of Glasgow.
We hope to feature some the best ones from time to time on our STV websites, that's why we need to include the legal stuff below.
IMPORTANT
You will retain the copyright to any pictures you submit and you may use them as you choose.
But by adding a picture to this Flickr group, you:
1. Confirm that you have taken the picture or otherwise have the right to grant the licence below and have all relevant permissions to take the picture, including the consent of any subjects of the picture; and
2. Grant to STV an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, world-wide licence to publish your picture on any STV branded service.
Where children under the age of 16 are the subject of a picture, STV requires the permission of a parent or legal guardian for each child before it will publish that picture.
STV does not guarantee that all pictures will be published. Those which are will be published unaltered and STV will endeavour to attribute the pictures to their contributor.
