Full manual control mod for Metz 45 CT 1

I made a PDF instruction for those who want to use their old Metz Hammerheads for strobist photography.
I managed to put my metz flashes on full power, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 and 1/64 power.
