I got it from Camera World in Chelmsford, Essex

I was early for a photoshoot there, so I was killing time when I saw it

I have the same (or a very similar) bag, bought it together with my tripod. They are available in a few sizes, with and without padding (and varying prices). When used with a tripod it fits the tripod + head. My bag is the Manfrotto MBAG80P (padded, 80cm). It cost me €59, perhaps a bit steeper than Jaymond's.

I would guess that any well-sorted photography store should have these bags, e.g. bhphotovideo has them for $75.
