About Streets Chicago (Chicago Street Photography)
Streets Chicago- A group dedicated to capturing the essence of Chicago through its greatest resource - its people.
Revised guidelines:
1) This pool is curated, I review images before they are added to the pool.
2) The subject of the images must be a person(s). There are few exceptions.
3) Images should be candid and made in the street or other public venue.
4) Photographer and the subject should be active participants in the construction of the situation.
- this does not have to mean confrontation or awareness of the photographer.
5) Photographs from the city of Chicago and surrounding urban environments only.
Photos that will probably be rejected from the pool:
-HDR
-Selective coloring
-Shots using long-lenses
-photos not containing a subject or photos that only have a street in it.
-poor exposure
-photos with huge watermarks (c'mon, get over yourself)
