About Ground Graffiti
"Thames Water blue" is now very common in London. Is this part of a campaign, to make us think that something is happening?
And what do the other colours mean? Yellow, red.... BT Openreach seem to have gone for grey. The assumption is that the utility companies are marking the conducts down which their products flow.
This group is for all marks on pavements and roads, usually made by the utiliies.
We do not want Scrawls on Walls particularly since they have their own group!
