About Street art in Helsinki

Street art from Helsinki - documented & shared faster than the zero tolerance of "Stop Töhryille" ever can remove it.
The city of Helsinki enforces a zero tolerance policy, making almost all forms of street art illegal. Most street art is removed before anyone has a chance to see it. Fortunately, it's not illegal to take photos of street art - yet.
The idea for this group is to build a virtual street art gallery of Helsinki, to highlight various forms of artistic expression the city council and mayor is so anxious to suppress. Documenting, sharing and thus preserving it faster than zero-tolerance can remove it.

Please read discussions and pool rules before adding photos to the pool.
You should tag your photos with "Helsinki", street name (or district) and "stop töhryille" or "stop tohryille"
For example: "Helsinki" "Fredrikinkatu" "stop töhryille"
You are also free to use tags like "sticker", "graffiti", "tag", "throw-up", "stencil" and so on. Your tags will make it easier to navigate and find photos among the thousands added to the pool, as visitors can browse the virtual streets of Helsinki just by clicking a tag.
