Stockings for Kids

Make a stocking for a foster child and give them something they can call their own this holiday season.

The details:

From October 1 - Dec 1, I will be hosting a stocking drive to benefit the foster children of Central Virginia. As part of this drive, I will be weekly (on tuesdays) be posting tutorials for various stocking patterns - some even contributed by your favorite bloggers -- and there will be a giveaway on Dec 1 for those who have participated with all sorts of great prizes.

Please post any pictures of the stockings you have made using the patterns, as well as pictures of stockings you plan to donate to this flickr group. Also don't forget to sign up to make a stocking.

I ask that all stockings be mailed to me by no later than December 1, 2011.
