About Stephanie Last 'Early to Mid 20th Century' Leeds Street Photog
My name is Stephanie Last and I am currently studying Art & Design at the University of Leeds. I specialise in photography and for my studio practise this semester I want to compare Leeds street photography in the past and present, reflecting on the notions of 'time' 'place' and 'memory'. As part of my project I aim to create two contrasting photomontages one containing current day images- please see: www.flickr.com/groups/stephanielaststreetphotog/ and one containing *your* street images of 20th century leeds.
Do you happen to have any street photographs of Leeds between 1910-1990? Photos from 1910 up to 1960 would be preferable :) If you do please upload them to this flickr page or email them to me at stephlast@hotmail.co.uk.
