When you post a shot, please clearly label the State in which it was taken, and tag with StateoftheunionXX, whereby XX represents the two letter postal abbreviation for that State, eg StateoftheunionNY, for New York.

About State of the Union -- Only the Best

50 States in the USA. We take the best 10 shots from each state and post them here. When more than 10 shots show up in the pool for a particular state, we add a candidate to the pool, then vote one out, leaving the 10 best for that state. We're left with only the best, a compendium of great pics that are ever changing and improving.
