About Staged Images

This group is strictly for Photographs of scenes which you have painstakingly set up in order to create an image with an intended meaning or purpose. Painters have been doing scenes like this for centuries.
All aspects of the photo are to be considered. Lighting, colour, setting, clothing, acting in people. The same as if you were painting an image, you want to control the image.
Also, the images must have some kind of apparent story or meaning. It might help if you put it in the description, but if we can see it for ourselves you may not need that.

The photos much be of a relatively high quality (we should all strive for this)
They should either have several people in them, or if it is just one person, it should be apparent that they are doing something which aids the story. If there are no people in the photo, it must be extremely good to get fit the groups purpose, but feel free to post it if it does.
It must seem candid, so people generally shouldn't be looking at the camera, as it is meant to be a capture of a scene taking place.
The photos will be reviewed before getting into the pool so make them good!
