About Students Expressing Truth
SET (Students Expressing Truth) Foundation Limited is a non-governmental charity organization that focuses on social transformation within the Jamaican Correctional facilities. SET introduces educational, motivational and developmental programmes to members of the Jamaican prison population and encourages them to take ownership of their personal transformation. The foundation has been active within the adult correctional system for over 7 years, with active programmes at the South Camp, Fort Augusta and Tower Street Adult Correctional Facilities in Kingston. These programs are geared towards rehabilitation through education, with inmates benefiting from a wide cross section of skills training as well as counseling with a view of transforming Jamaica. The S.E.T. Foundation continues it’s effort by championing new initiatives that will assist the process of social transformation.
