Let's celebrate!
Squirrels have found lots of friends at Flickr ... let's have a party for everyone who loves squirrels and loves taking photos of them. Put on your party hat ... pack up your camera bag ... and don't foget to bring some nuts!
Post your favorite photos of squirrels doing ... well, squirrely things.
Better yet, go out and take some new photos of your favorite squirrels ... or meet some new ones. They're fun subjects--no model release required--and they work for peanuts!
Chipmunks and other related rodents are welcome to join the party.
Post as many photos as you like ... comment on the ones that make you laugh or smile ... and most of all have fun!
If enough people (and squirrels) are interested, we'll keep it going until January 21, 2007 ... National Squirrel Appreciation Day!
Only One RULE: No photos of dead animals (squirrels or otherwise), and no photos of animals being harmed in any way.
Now, let's go NUTS!
