About 1mile² [one square mile] Bradford

1mile² [one square mile] is a project connecting international communities in Bangladesh, China, India, Iran, Pakistan and the UK, by inviting local people to take part in events and artistic activities that explore the cultural and ecological diversity of their city. Bradford is one of only three cities in the UK to be selected.

During November 2010 local people will take part in a series of workshops with Iranian photographer Gohar Dashti, ecologist Charlie Gray, and historian Nafees Nazir, exploring the square mile encompassing the neighbourhoods of Little Horton and Great Horton and producing creative work in response.

This flickr group pool is for people who have attended one or more of these workshops to share, comment and discuss their images online.
