About Spurn Point Spurn Point is a three mile long sand spit jutting out into the North Sea from the coast of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The point is continually changing; constantly being eroded and reformed by the tides of the River Humber and the North Sea. It is a very remote, very beautiful location.
