About Recognizable Fiction BC 2012

This is a group for those who want to join in on a contribution project for BrickCon 2012.

The goal is to have as many recognizable movie/videogame/TV show scenes as possible. The catch is that they will be all individual 16x16 mocs. A list of topic suggestions will be up shortly but I accept and encourage any and all suggestions from those who want to join in. However I will have to okay these myself, don't be upset with me if I say no.
I will only accept one moc for each theme. So only one for each series of films, games, whatever. That means one recognizable SW scene for example. Understand? Good, moving on. The scene should depict the most or one of the most recognizable scene from said movie/TV show/game/etc. That means from Star-Wars, for example, it should have Stormtroopers raiding the Tantive IV or Luke and Darth Vader in Cloud City. For King Kong it should have the Empire State Building.
No real life events or historical fiction that could be confused as such. No generic WW2 or generic modern war. So no COD sorry. It's a popular game series but it's too basic and there is not enough recurrence of recognizable characters in the series to sway my opinion.
Customs can't be overdone with detail either. If using them, keep in mind that they should look as if they are official. Also 3rd party accessories are okay as long as they aren't used in the build itself and are kept to figures and their accessories
