About SoulCollage (Based on Seena B. Frost)
Welcome to a group featuring cut-paper collage using the SoulCollage method developed by Seena B. Frost. I invite you to submit your SoulCollages made with magazine pictures, scissors, and glue and based on the SoulCollage method developed by Seena B. Frost.
Please add the tag "SoulCollage" (one word) to any images you are submitting to this pool.
If you are not familiar with SoulCollage, I invite you to check out Seena B. Frost's website or book for details on how it works. It is a personal process, as described here, from Frost's website:
"SoulCollage® is a process through which you contact your intuition and create an incredible deck of cards which have deep personal meaning and which will help you with life's questions.
"Following the simple SoulCollage directions, your hands move fragments of cut-out magazine pictures around, fitting them together in a surprising new way and gluing them down on a card. Cards containing the images you select --- or the images that select you --- come straight through your Soul, bypassing the mind.
"This is a multi-leveled, creative process which anyone can do. All you need is a good pair of scissors, pre-cut mat board cards, and images you can cut out from magazines, greeting cards, personal photos, postcards, catalogues, and calendars. It is wonderful to have other people with whom to share the process. The cards are fun to take to a friend's house, to work with in therapy or support groups, or to keep on your coffee table.
"There are certain elements that should be included in SoulCollage work, such as non-competitive artistic expression and the "I Am One Who..." exercise. SoulCollage cards are for personal and inner exploration. They are to be shared, but not to be sold, traded, or bartered."

Please do not add general art collages or digitally-created collages. There are plenty of other collage groups on Flickr for those. If your photo does not have the "SoulCollage" tag and/or it isn't OBVIOUSLY based on the SoulCollage method, then I will remove the image from the pool. This isn't a pool just for collages of any kind. I don't always have time to send a note or explain this removal. If you really want to be part of the group, flickr mail me if you are confused! Thank you.
