SolidaryArt.org (a group admin) says:
18 Jul 08 - Welcome to: Solidary Blogs
As a Non Profit Organization, instead of asking for donations I opted by offering some king of services as a fundraising method. SolidaryArt.org got Solidaryblogs.org to offer blogs for free (Wordpress) with the condition of including SolidaryArt ads codes and links to our site. The pics you upload here means that we can use them obviously under Creative Commons license.
am I asking to much almost for nothing? Thanks.

About Solidary Blogs

Solidary Blogs

Solidary Blogs is a previous step for a more ambicious proyect. Most of us know that "millions" of people survive with only "1 dolar a day" working hard many hours a day, including weekends and night, the proyect I name it "1 Blog 1 Life" (you can visit and join this group here too).

To be sincere, I'm almost alone in SolidaryArt, I have not the tools like Yahoo to make money (now Flickr has sponsors) so I don't want donations, basically because, from my experience, people don't give money for nothing. If you don't want a blog, al least join the group, that means you give some support and if you upload a pic I can blog it, that helps too.

Thanks very much for reading this; utopic, dreamer or not, I hope to find here people that will give some help and support.

Feel free to contact me here by now, or if you joined and want to make questions, etc., all that is positive in all senses.

Kind regards,
Jon Luna
