About Stand in solidarity with Burma's political prisoners
The photos in this group form part of a visual petition that Amnesty will present to world leaders at the Asia-Europe meeting this October, calling on them to act now for human rights in Burma.
This Amnesty action is inspired by the work of James Mackay, a London-based freelance documentary photographer. For his self-funded project ‘Even Though I’m Free, I Am Not’, he photographs former political prisoners of Burma as they stand in solidarity with those still behind bars.

would like to support through this action
2. Write their name on your right hand (or get a friend to!).
3. Hold your right hand out, palm facing the camera
