Il Lago, una mia poesia dedicata a Sognsvann

Nel tuo sguardo il cuore profondo
Di una terra ferita dal mare freddo,
Drammatici fiordi tuoi antenati,
Regalano rocce per tagliare il tempo.
Che sia la repentina luce arancione,
O il dimenticato splendore argenteo,
Nei riflessi posso leggere storie,
Lunghe quanto un respiro del cielo.
Nelle tenebre dell’abbandono
E nelle lacrime dell’abbraccio,
Nel silenzio tumultuoso dell’animo
E nel riso di un nuovo cammino,
Hai raccolto i miei racconti,
Senza mai essere sfondo ritagliato,
Ma il protagonista più applaudito,
Ultimo amore di ogni viaggio.
Mi hai mostrato un unico rispetto,
Mi hai accolto come un amico vero,
Allo stesso modo mi lascerai andare,
E io ti donerò parole e una promessa:
Verrà il giorno in cui il mio sentiero,
Passerà ancora lungo le tue sponde,
Saremo di nuovo un essere solo,
Perché mai la memoria, ti lascerà andare.

In your view the deep heart
Of a land wounded by a cold sea,
Dramatic fjords, your ancestors,
Present rocks able to cut time.
If there is the quick orange light,
Or the forgotten silver splendour,
In the reflections I can read stories,
Long as a sky’s breath.
In the darkness of desertion,
And in the tears of the hug,
In the troubled silence of the soul,
And in the laugh of a new path,
You caught my tales,
Without be a cut background,
But the most clapped protagonist,
Last love of every travel.
You show me a unique respect
You accepted me as a true friend,
In the same way you’ll let me go,
And I will give you words and a promise:
The day will come when my path,
Will pass again along your shores,
We will be again a new being,
Because my memory will never let you go.
