About Smiles Are Free
Company Overview:
"Smiles are Free" provides and organizes "free" family portrait sessions for families that might be struggling due to economy, illness or circumstance. It has been a been positively received for those on both sides of the camera. By using the artistic skills of our volunteers, family foundations can be celebrated using family portraits.
Past events: Harlem YMCA and Riverside Community at Beacon Center.
Upcoming events: Seton Pediatric Hospital and Broadway Housing.
Mission:
The vision of "Smiles are Free" is to build strong networks with existing community organizations and add family memories, shared experience to those who can help make their lives and the lives of their children better through motivation, hard/smart work and strong family support. It can all start with that family portrait that is the first that the family ever gathered together to take.
