About Social Media Club of Dallas
Social Media Club Dallas supports the central focus of the worldwide organization, which is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
Our goal is build an organization and a community where the many diverse groups of people who care about Social Media can come together to discover, connect, share, and learn. Our target members are social media practitioners in corporate marketing, advertising and PR agencies, and interactive design firms.
The organization’s four focus areas are:
- Expand media literacy
- Share lessons learned among practitioners
- Encourage adoption of industry standards
- Promote ethical practices through discussion and action
