About Skylands Preservation The mission of the Skylands Preservation Alliance (SPA) is to, "Collaborate among and between communities to maintain the rural and bucolic nature of the New Jersey Skylands and retain its residents’ Quality of Life." The purpose of this group is to demonstrate, with images, the beauty of this area where a 192 acre truck hub project is being proposed. You may submit pictures relating to this truck project as well as any pictures of the affected areas, Asbury, Bloomsbury, Franklin, Bethlehem, Greenwich, Union and Washington Twps, etc. including any along the Musky.
