About Skillet Street Food
Skillet buys old Airstream Trailers, and outfits them so that they have a full commercial kitchen. Skillet then go out to local office parks, events, farmers markets and provide impeccably executed and seasonably relevant bistro style food. Their market is people who really like and appreciate food. The goal is seattle first, the west coast/world second. (paraphrased from the official website)
Skillet can be found in a different Seattle neighborhood each day of the week - just check the website to confirm locations. The menu changes weekly, with a couple stand-bys (poutine and the burger). Basically, it's all great stuff.
