God or gods are a pre-scientific explanation for natural phenomena and have no valid place in the modern world.
The reference text of any religion is not a valid rationale for discriminating against or harming those of a different religion, of no religion, those who choose to fall in love with or have sex with an adult of the same sex or in the case of some religion someway of the opposite sex the religious hierachy doesn't approve of.
Crypto-zoology is a fine technique for developing tourism attractions and having motorways re-routed but otherwise are the pursuit of the deluded.
Conspiracy theories are wonderful for attracting visitors to ones website but 911 was not undertaken by the US govt, chem-trails do not exist, Marilyn & JFK were not murdered by the CIA, Diana was not assassinated by the Royalty and alien abductions & visitations are not being covered up by the military worldwide.
Complementary & alternative medicines are a great way for those who can't get into medical school to make a little extra cash flogging dietary supplements but are no substitute for genuine medicine.
No number of creationist museums will ever change the scientific evidence supporting geological & evolutionary history.
