About Skelly Oil Company

Historical images related to the now-defunct Skelly Oil Company which was named for founder William Grove "Bill" Skelly of Tulsa, OK. Skelly was a leading gasoline marketer in the Midwestern United States for decades. The company was later purchased by Getty Oil Company in the late 1970s, which was then merged with Texaco in 1984.
