Welcome to siXsiXsiX Club, the Flickr representation of the Other.

This is the place for those who search for beauty aside from the clean suburbian main streets, those who go into the alleys, look for the gritty, the greasy, the grainy, the downside of life. siXsiXsiX Club takes a different view at the world, searching for the big picture in the unpleasant details, the macro- in the microcosm.

siXsiXsiX Club is a Flickr group for artistic photography, targeted at those of us that are weary of colorful macro shots of flowers or high gloss sunsets. This is not meant as a better but a DIFFERENT view at things.

Possible topics and motifs are textures and structures, abstracts, unusual angles, surreal details as well as experiments, street art photography, decay, darkness... these are emant as inspirations and mere guidelines to give you an inkling of what the siXsiXsiX Club is about.

If you are a member and have a picture in your photostream that you believe fits in with the philosophy of the siXsiXsiX Club, you can post up to six photos a day.

PLEASE NOTE: this group is heavily administered. If we don't think your pic really fits in here, we will remove it. That has nothing to do with the quality of your picture, but with the mere contents within the context of this group.
