18 Aug 08 - Here are a few photos from the first Sitka Farmers Market, held Aug. 16, 2008. There also are photos from a couple of community garden picking parties on Aug. 15. There are two more Sitka Farmers Markets in August, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 23 and 30 at the Alaska Native Brotherhood Hall and its neighboring parking lot on Katlian Street.
