Silhouettes, dark foreground figures looming with light behind them. The black outline for the purpose of seeing not the depth of the subject, but the edges crisp and clear. Silhouettes can be anything, not just people.
No fill flash here!
Rules: Photos posted must have some silhouetting, but need not be all silhouette. We do prefer a recognizable and clearly-defined edge, however. Please remember that while we tend to think of shadow of someone's profile as a silhouette, it is not - it is a shadow.
