About Signs of the City

Every culture reflects both the glory of creation and the depravity of
the fall. At MHGS we believe that God's story is reflected in the
world around us, if we only have eyes to see it. As we settle into
the city of Seattle, we are learning to see the signs of God in the
texts of our culture. As we become better readers of the texts around
us that reveal how the human heart simultaneously cries out for and
denies God's existence, we become deeper lovers of the power of the
gospel.
