About Sign of the Pig (Giant Pigs and Signage)

This group welcomes signs and sculptures of pigs (piggies, cartoon or realistic pigs or boars) that stand proudly on restaurants, butchers, BBQs, fast food places, drive-ins, diners, delis, farms, and other businesses. Giant, over-sized roadside attraction pig sculptures are especially welcome.

Preferred: Neon pig signage or large pig sculptures, often on top of the building or sign.

Welcome: Fiberglass pig sculptures, neon pigs, painted pigs, pig head sculptures, as long as they are the sign or advertisement for the business. It's ok if the business no longer exists...

We love vintage, but it doesn't have to be especially old to be invited. Kitsch is good.

This group is NOT for:
-actual real, living pigs (or dead pigs, either... no already cooked, ok?)
-your art and drawings of pigs
-other animals, such as chickens or cows, unless they come with a pig
-Not quite as excited about those art projects where they paint a bunch of fiberglass animals and display them around town as an art statement of sorts... kinda common...
