The photo to send to the group is that corresponding to
your Hirsch Factor of Views (HFV) . HFV may be found in this way:
i) Order your popular photos in order of views.
ii) Find the photo whose position in the list corresponds , or is the nearest, to the number of views.
iii) The position is your HFV.
for istance:

photo # 1 viewed 393 times
photo # 2 viewed 275 times
...
photo # 34 viewed 96 times
photo # 35 viewed 40 times
photo # 36 viewed 39 times
photo # 37 viewed 38 times
photo # 38 viewed 36times
...
thence hfv= 37 and you have to post your photo #37 and tag it HFV/37.
If your photo and/or Hirsch factor changes in time replace the old photo with the new one. These are dynamic rules that provide a dynamic view of what happens on flickr.
