This is meant to be a fun group, where members will asked to shoot a small series of photos to showcase into a larger poster type photo like the one above, which you then accompany by a spill of advertising jargon that you would use if you were a real estate agent. But there is a twist to this and this is the fun part, the building, house, barn or a complete farm even, must be so run down that no one would realisticly wish to purchase this dump. This is where your play onwords comes into motion as you try to make a total dump sound like a dream palace to capture the imagination of potential unsuspecting buyers. Remember it's all in fun so you should not photograph properties where people are actually living, they may become offended should they see their home displayed this way on the internet, there are thousands of deserted buildings in the world so there should be no shortage of material to use. As for the real estate agents well I make no appolagies here, infact they may just find their next advertising guru amonst this group!:)))

For the more adventurous among you I have allowed videos to be added, so maybe you you'd like to try a verbal sales pitch too, this has the potential for being quite funny with the right person, but if you do use this option then remember you must still produce and accompany it with a poster.
