How to post a SMALL picture to the group discussion thread: Go to the photo that you want to add to the discussion thread. Copy the URL (the whole thing) from the internet address bar. Go to the thread that you want to post in. In the comment box, copy the URL that you have pasted, and surround it with square brackets [ ]. This will automatically paste the Small sized photo into the thread.

About Shenandoah Photographic Society

A place for members of the Shenandoah Photographic Society to share their photos.

First time visitors are welcome at no charge. The annual dues are $25 to join club.

General Rules, see or request ByLaws for complete competition details

Competitions are for paid members of the club.
Photographs must be signed in by 7:15.
Photos must be matted or mounted.
Frames and glass covers are not allowed.
The submissions must be taken within the last two years, except for July theme
You may enter 2 images per category in your category division.

Class A is for the advanced photographer
Class B is for the intermediate photographer,
Class C is for the novice photographer.


7:00—Open doors and meeting room set-up
7:00-7:15—Register images for competition
7:15-7:30—Judging starts, entries must be submitted before judging begins
7:30—Start program, business meeting,speakers/workshop and announce competition results
9:00 - Wrap up meeting, help return extra chairs and arrange room back to original configuration.
